Sicily photo diary

After showing you the pictures of my holiday in Crete, it’s time to show  those of my vacation in Sicily, which took place just a week after my return from Greek. This was the holiday that I wanted to do for a ong time, to rediscover the places of my childhood and to spending quality time with my family all together. It was amazing to come back and I felt one hundred percent me surrounded by people I love.

The first week we were in Palermo in my grandmother’s house. Palermo it’s a wonderful city, full of energy, color, fragrance and beautiful architecture. The last time I was here was two years ago and I also did a few posts about my favorite places in the city (the Foro Italico, Villa Giulia and the cathedral), check them out! Every time I come back I fall in love again in this city, the people, the sights and all the strengths and weaknesses that characterize it. Palermo is definitely a city of my heart.

The second week Ste and my sister with her boyfriend reached us and we went in Licata, a seaside town in the province of Agrigento and hometown of my dad. The last time I was there was almost five years ago and I was so happz to be back! I felt as I was during my childhood in the summers I spent here. This year the days passed relaxed at the beach laughing and playing with my family and my cousins.
Both holidays were wonderful and exciting, it will surely be one of the best summers of my life. I’m grateful to live moments like these and sorry if I wasn’t online that much but I really needed to fully experience all of this. I hope you enjoy the photos!
