A variation of the classic bruschetta in which is added fresh buffalo mozzarella. The bruschetta is a typical dish of Italian cuisine, it’s tasty and fast to prepare and is served as an appetizer for formal or informal meals. I’m trying many variations of it that I found out on different cooking sites and the caprese is my favorite so far. Try it and let me know!
Una variante della classica bruschetta in cui viene aggiunta mozzarella di bufala fresca. La bruschetta e´ un piatto tipico della cucina italiana, gustosa e velocissima da preparare, viene servita come antipasto per cene e pranzi formali o informali. now that looks scrumptious! we would make something very similar in greece, especially during summer when it is tomato season and they are big, plump and delicious!
