My first beanie

Do you remember when I told you that,  never ever I would wear a hat with curly hair? I tried to overcome my limitations, I bought two classic beanies, one white and one black, and I wore them with a critical eye looking at the mirror. As I peered carefully, I thought, “Hey, I’m not so bad!”. From that day I wear beanies every day! I want to try to dare with those colorful, maybe you´ll see them in the next outfits. Today’s lesson: never be convinced of something without having first verified whether it is true or false.

Vi ricordate quando vi ho detto che, pur adorandoli, mai e poi mai avrei indossato un cappello con i capelli ricci? Ho provato a superare i miei limiti, ho comprato due beanies classici uno bianco e uno nero e li ho indossati con occhio critico davanti allo specchio. Mentre mi scrutavo attentamente ho pensato: “Hey, non sto poi cosi´ male!” Non ci crederete ma da quel giorno indosso il cappello tutti i giorni! Voglio provare ad osare con quelli coloratissimi, magari me li vedrete nei prossimi outfit. La lezione di oggi: mai convincersi di una cosa senza aver prima appurato se sia vera o falsa.
