After having told you about the 10 essential poses for anyone wishing to approach the discipline of yoga, today I show you a sequence to do to boost your mood. It consists of a few simple poses but fundamental to feel better right away. Personally this sequence helps me a lot especially on those rainy days when I don’t want to do anything. Try it!
Dopo avervi parlato delle 10 pose essenziali per chiunque voglia avvicinarsi alla disciplina della yoga, oggi vi mostro una sequenza da fare per migliorare il vostro umore. Si tratta di poche pose semplici da eseguire ma fondamentali per sentirsi meglio subito. Personalmente questa sequenza mi aiuta molto sopratutto in quelle giornate di pioggia in cui non si ha voglia di fare nulla. Provare per credere!
