Il salmone è un ingrediente che amo particolarmente e quando cucino lo uso molto spesso. Oltre ad essere buonissimo, possiede anche molte proprietà nutritive, tra cui omega 3 e vitamina D, che apportano molti benefici all’organismo ritardando l’invecchiamento.
